Magic sarap - one packet will do. We are just going to use a little bit.
Procedure:
1. Marinate the Tuna meat with lemon or kalamansi. Put pepper and magic sarap on the Tuna Meat and massage it.
2. On a separate pan, We are going to toast the garlic. Put oil and heat it in a low fire. Wait for the oil to sizzle a bit and then put your garlic. put a little bit of magic sarap to add more flavor. Be careful to burn the garlic. Set aside.
3. Heat the pan on a medium fire this time and put your butter in once the pan is hot again. Put your shitake mushrooms and cook it for a 3-5 minutes. Put in your marinated Tuna meat and cook for 15-20 minutes or until you don't see any raw part on the tuna.
4. Put the toasted garlic in and the onion chives. Put 2-3 tsp of oyster sauce and pepper and fish sauce. Mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes. Enjoy your healthy meal!
